Any reproduction, in whole or in part, modification, or use of these trademarks, illustrations, images, and logos, for any reason and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. The same applies to any combination or conjunction of these with any other trademark, symbol, logo, and more generally, any distinctive sign intended to form a composite logo. These provisions also apply to all copyrights, designs and models, and patents reproduced on the website and/or on the electronic greeting card.

3.1 General Obligations

The User is solely responsible for the use he makes of the electronic greeting card and in particular the content he inserts and writes on the electronic greeting card he creates and the information he communicates in this regard.

The User is therefore prohibited from distributing, including but not limited to, the following content:

(i) pornographic, obscene, indecent, shocking or unsuitable for a family audience;

(ii) defamatory, abusive, violent, racist, xenophobic or revisionist;

(iii) counterfeiters;

(iv) damaging the image of a third party;

(v) false, misleading or promoting illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities;

(vi) likely to damage the brand image of W&w Paris ;

(vii) and more generally likely to infringe the rights of third parties or to be detrimental to third parties in any way and in any form whatsoever.

4. W&W PARIS'S LIABILITY

W&w Paris strives to ensure, to the best of its ability, the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on our Site. We reserve the right to correct this information at any time and without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, W&w Paris cannot be held liable:

On the French, Italian, and English versions of the Site, W&w Paris displays the prices of a selection of products. These are the prices in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), charged in W&w Paris stores in France. These prices may vary at multi-brand retailers distributing the W&w Paris brand. They are also subject to change over time and may be modified without notice.

W&w Paris takes great care to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on the Site. However, in the event of an error on its part, W&w Paris reserves the right not to supply W&w Paris products whose price is clearly incorrect.
